Michael embarked on a career in marketing and sales at a renowned U.S. communication agency. He later moved to a dialogue marketing and operations consulting services provider. From there he transferred to a leading management consultancy firm in Munich, where he gained and built on his expertise in project management, and in process and organisational consulting. That was followed by interim sales director functions at SMEs, at a management consultancy firm and at an HR consultancy firm, among other positions. He has experience in the banking, insurance, IT/telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, hotel and public administration sectors.
At EUROWORKS e.K. he contributes his specialist know-how and experience as a sales consultant. Michael has almost 20 years of expertise in the systematic identification of untapped potential, the development of KPI-based management systems, independent competitor benchmarking, the identification of strengths and weaknesses in the sales organisation, the elimination of vulnerabilities and the optimisation of processes, as well as best-in-class-oriented operational sales support.
