Courses can be provided either as traditional indoor events or as "add-on events" in combination with a week-long activity such as sailing (Croatia), mountain hiking (lodge accommodation) or skiing. In addition to the objective of rest and recuperation, one of the key aspects of these events is that they allow participants to network with other executives in the same situation.
