We are acutely conscious of the fact that an executive's performance is the result of a variety of factors. After a targeted job allocation and an appropriate advancement the candidate will be supported by our hands-on coaching and mentoring methods.
Our service is without compare, we accompany our candidates during their daily job routine, observing various important indicators as our candidates work in group- and single- interactions. Such observation based study, enables us to compile an informative and comprehensive SWOT-analysis. This SWOT-analysis provides the basis for targeted coaching methods, which can be supported, if necessary, by internal educational programs or seminars.
Our coaching can be scheduled individually and our mentoring service includes assisting our candidates, when it comes to implementing the newly acquired insights and knowledge.
Both measures are highly effective, particularly with candidates, who were selected and placed by Euroworks. As a result of this approach we contribute greatly to transforming a hopeful aspirant from 'good'-performer to 'top'-performer.
